A peculiarity of Ramato is its cloudy amber colour given by the must residues. It has a great body and light bubbles. The acidity of this wine stands out and makes it super-juicy at the first sip.

This wine comes from a seven year old vineyard. The grapes are handpicked in late August when they reach the perfect level of maturation. The fermentation is spontaneous and they are left for twelve days of skin-contact maceration in concrete tanks, at room temperature. The wine is then aged in durmast barrels for almost a year after which it gets bottled in December. It contains no added sulphites.
